"Love your Wasaga Beach home again, starting with the kitchen."
the home,
reimagined.
Kitchen renovation in Wasaga Beach: new cabinets, counters and backsplash, an island or a new layout. Max leads the work with his father, Roman, out of our Barrie headquarters, and 60% of our clients hire us again.
What We OfferYour Wasaga Beach kitchen renovation can be cabinets and counters alone or a whole new layout. Opening the kitchen to the living room or adding a sink to an island puts the work under a Town permit, so we draw those plans first.
Transform or replace
Custom cabinetry, made to match your specs exactly, is the all-in choice. Professional refacing keeps your layout and saves you money.
Statement surfaces
Quartz, granite, marble, butcher block: we source and install beautiful countertops with precision seams and expert backsplash integration.
The heart of the home
Custom islands with waterfall edges, integrated seating, prep sinks, and storage. Designed to match your workflow and entertaining style.
Seamless function
Panel-ready fridges, built-in microwaves, hood vent installation, and integrated dishwashers. We make your appliances look intentional.
Bright ideas
Under-cabinet LEDs, pendant lighting, recessed pot lights, and outlet upgrades. Proper lighting transforms how you cook and entertain.
Flow & function
A smarter work triangle, walls opened up, a pantry added: we redesign the layout for the most storage and the fewest steps.

Keep cooking
During the reno you can still make meals in a temporary kitchen we set up, with a sink, a microwave and coffee on hand.
We find the best
Stone, fixtures and cabinets come to you at exclusive supplier pricing, and the materials we track down aren't sold in big box stores.
Walls come down safely

We put soft-close hardware on every cabinet and every drawer, as standard. Doors quit slamming, and that small detail makes a big change.
We show you the kitchen in 3D first.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIn Wasaga Beach the price splits on the plumbing. New cupboards installed without modifying plumbing need no building permit, so a cabinet and counter replacement has no permit cost in it. A sink moved to an island, a new opening or a wall coming down adds drawings, a permit and inspections. What you pick for cabinets and counters makes up most of the remaining difference.
Plan on 3 to 5 weeks of work once we start. If the plumbing stays put, that is most of the timeline. If the kitchen needs a permit, the Town's review comes first: Wasaga Beach issues the permit within 10 business days once a complete house application is in, so we submit the full set at once.
For new cupboards and a sink in its old spot, no. The Town asks for a building permit when a kitchen job adds, removes or alters a wall, changes a load-bearing wall or beam, creates or enlarges a door or window opening, or adds plumbing. If yours does any of that, we manage the permit and the inspections as part of the job.
Yes. You might do cabinets and counters now and the layout change later. In Wasaga Beach, any stage that moves a wall or adds plumbing needs its own Town permit, so a staged kitchen can mean more than one application and more than one wait.

If the rest of the house still suits you, renovating fixes the room you dislike without selling and buying. A free visit and an itemized quote show what the kitchen would cost before you decide.

Yes, the drawings are part of the job. When a kitchen plan moves a wall, adds plumbing or changes a door or window opening, we draw it, file the application and book the inspections.
People also ask
Yes. A cottage or seasonal place gets the same kitchen work as a year-round house, run by one project manager from our Barrie headquarters. If you're away during the week, the daily updates reach you wherever you are.
People also ask
You choose them with us at the selection stage, inside the quote you approved. Door styles, finishes and counters are picked against that number, so an upgrade shows up as its own line instead of a surprise.
People also ask
Yes, if you plan to cook somewhere else for a while. The work typically runs 3 to 5 weeks, and the kitchen is out of use for much of that time. Dust is contained, the work area is kept safe for kids and pets, and your project manager's daily update says what comes next.
People also ask
Yes, we source and install them, and granite, marble or butcher block too if you'd rather. The 3D renders show the counter you pick on your new cabinets before demolition starts.

Good to KnowAfter a free consultation and a measured visit, the itemized quote prices each part on its own line. In Wasaga Beach, look hard at the windows and doors in your plan before you settle the budget. The Town treats creating or enlarging a door or window opening as permit work, so a wider window over the sink, or a patio door cut through the kitchen wall, brings drawings, a permit and inspections even when the cabinets and plumbing stay exactly where they are. Leave the openings alone and that line drops out of the quote.
When a kitchen plan needs a permit in Wasaga Beach, the paperwork is ours. We prepare the drawings and the application, submit them to the Town and book the inspections at each stage. The Town's timeline is 10 business days for a complete house application, and one with gaps is not held to it, so ours goes in whole and the start date we give you allows for the review.
A kitchen tear-out means a bin, then a cabinet delivery. If either uses the road allowance, the Town of Wasaga Beach wants a Road Occupation Permit in place before the renovation starts, and we arrange it with the other paperwork ahead of day one.
When you compare kitchen contractors, ask who holds the licence and insurance, whether WSIB covers the crew and who does the electrical and plumbing. Our crew is licensed, insured and covered by WSIB, the wiring and plumbing go to licensed trades, and one project manager runs Wasaga Beach kitchens out of our Barrie headquarters. The backsplash tile is set by our own crew; in her review of the cottage bathrooms Max and Roman updated, Inna Rotar called their tiling skills "unmatched."
