Bathroom renovations in Richmond Hill, managed by our Bradford office: a new shower or tub, a custom vanity, tile and stonework, or the whole room remodelled. Your quote is itemized, and nothing hidden gets added after the work begins.
What We OfferIn Richmond Hill we renovate main bathrooms and ensuites, and we build new washrooms in basements being finished, where the City's permit drawings place the toilet, shower and floor drain before any plumbing goes in.
Complete transformation
You picture the bathroom; we build it from scratch after taking the old one back to the studs. The premium finishes, new layout and modern function are ours to coordinate.
Luxury bathing experiences
From frameless walk-in showers to deep soaker tubs, we create bathing experiences that feel like a daily retreat. Includes custom glass, rainfall heads, and body jets.
Statement storage
The vanities we design make a statement and get the most from the space, with soft-close drawers, hidden storage, double sinks and floating units.
Artisan craftsmanship
The setters on our tile jobs are artists. Natural marble, a detailed mosaic or large-format porcelain all get perfect grout lines and deliberate patterns.
Set the mood
Lights recessed over the shower, mirrors lit from behind and dimmers work in layers to make the bathroom a different room. Lighting like that changes everything.
Premium details
It's the finishing details that turn a nice bathroom into an extraordinary one. Think smart toilets, heated towel bars, matte black hardware, brushed gold fixtures.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIn Richmond Hill, it depends most on whether the plumbing moves. A washroom added to a basement you are finishing is drawn on the finished-basement permit set, and that drawing, permit and inspection work is priced on its own lines, as it is for any moved drain or wall.
Construction usually runs 10 to 14 working days. In Richmond Hill, what can stretch the schedule is a change of mind on a basement washroom. It is built under the finished-basement permit, with its layout and floor drains fixed on those drawings, so moving the shower or toilet after approval means sending the City a revision and waiting on it. Upstairs, a bathroom that moves plumbing or walls waits for its own permit before the crew starts.
Only if the work alters the building. Richmond Hill does not ask for a permit to build bathroom cupboards, paint or decorate, so a custom vanity and new finishes in the existing layout go ahead without one. Moving the toilet, relocating the shower drain or taking down a wall to enlarge the room are alterations, and each needs a permit. When yours does, we prepare the drawings, apply and book every inspection.
Yes. Both rooms run on one schedule under one project manager, and the itemized quote lists each room separately, so you can see what each costs and drop one if the total is too high. The permit question is answered room by room: if the ensuite keeps its layout and the guest bath gets a relocated shower, only the guest bath carries permit lines.

Our own crew. Tile and stonework come with our bathroom jobs, shower walls and floor alike, and the pattern is settled with you on the 3D renders, so you know how it will look before the first piece goes down.

Yes, and it is often the simplest part. A vanity is cabinetwork, and Richmond Hill asks for no building permit to construct bathroom cupboards. If the sink drain has to move to suit the new vanity, that plumbing change is an alteration and does need one.

Mostly whatever the old tile and drywall were hiding, and the older the house, the more that can be. In the 2021 Census, 10,465 Richmond Hill homes dated from 1980 or earlier. When the crew uncovers a problem, work on that spot stops until you have seen it and agreed to a price for the fix.

The painting and decorating, yes, and the City asks for no permit for that. Plumbing and electrical are different: on our jobs licensed tradespeople do both, and plumbing that moves needs a permit and inspection.

The washroom layout, every plumbing fixture and the floor drains, on the same drawing set as the rest of the finished basement. Those positions are fixed before rough-in, so moving the toilet or shower later means a permit revision. That is why we settle the layout with you before anything is submitted.

Good to KnowIn Richmond Hill, the first thing that sets a bathroom's cost is whether it keeps its footprint: new tile, a vanity, a tub or shower, and fixtures where the old ones were. Room size, the tile and stone you pick and a custom vanity move it from there, each on its own line, and plumbing that moves adds drawings, the permit and inspection visits. Those lines are set out in an itemized quote once the free consultation is done. Amy An's review is a fair test of an itemized quote: her bathroom took two weeks, other contractors had wanted three plus a rush fee, and the "pricing matched the quote".
The City's building permit FAQ mentions bathrooms by name. Constructing bathroom cupboards, painting and decorating are on its list of work that needs no permit, while alterations to a building need one. In practice, a vanity, tile and fixtures swapped in place stay off the permit track. A toilet moved to another wall, a shower drain shifted for a larger enclosure, or a wall taken down to make the room bigger changes the building. For those, we draw the change, file the application with the City and book the inspections at the stages it sets.
When a Richmond Hill basement is finished under permit, the washroom goes on the same drawing set as the rest of the space. The City's checklist for those drawings includes the washroom layout, each plumbing fixture and the floor drains. So the toilet, shower and vanity positions are decided on paper, and the plumber roughs in to that plan.
We work the layout out with you in 3D first: where each fixture sits, how the door swings, and how much room the shower gets. The drawings then go to the City with the rest of the basement, and we book the inspections as the work reaches them.
One project manager is your contact on a Richmond Hill bathroom, from demolition day to the final walkthrough, with an update every day in between. Licensed tradespeople take the plumbing and electrical. Max, who owns Reno Raptors, leads jobs together with Roman, his father, and the work is run from our Bradford location. Roman's crew renovated an office for luka gogolashvili "up to code", and he has since booked them for his master bath. A month after handover we get in touch to check on the room.
