Heart of
"A kitchen drawn to fit your rooms, even in a century house."
the home,
reimagined.
Aurora kitchen renovations can mean new cabinets and counters with a fresh backsplash, an added island, or a reworked layout. You get a line-by-line quote before we start, and licensed electricians and plumbers handle those trades.
What We OfferIn Aurora we take on full kitchen rebuilds and partial ones. Cabinets come out or stay, counters and backsplash get replaced, an island goes in where the floor allows, and walls move when the plan calls for it. Design and installation stay with one team.
Transform or replace
Professional refacing saves money and leaves your current layout in place. Or go all the way and get custom cabinetry made precisely to your spec.
Statement surfaces
We source and fit beautiful countertops in granite, quartz, butcher block or marble, with precise seams and expert work at the backsplash.
The heart of the home
An island built for how you cook and host, custom made with a waterfall edge, seating worked into it, a prep sink and storage.
Seamless function
Your appliances end up looking intentional: integrated dishwashers, a hood vent installed, built-in microwaves and panel-ready fridges.
Bright ideas
With pendants, LEDs beneath the cabinets, better outlets and pot lights recessed into the ceiling, you'll cook and entertain in a new light.
Flow & function
We rework your layout for more storage and fewer steps. That might mean opening up walls, a better work triangle or a new pantry.
Why Choose UsVisualize before we build
Before anything is torn out, photorealistic 3D renders take you around the new kitchen. You see the cabinet colours, the counters and where each appliance goes.
Efficient timelines
In 3-4 weeks, most kitchen renovations are done. We schedule the trades to follow each other smoothly, so you can cook again quickly.
Keep cooking
We set up a temporary kitchen space so you can still prepare meals during renovation. Coffee, microwave, and sink: covered.
We find the best
Stone, fixtures and cabinets come to you at exclusive supplier pricing, and the materials we track down aren't sold in big box stores.
Walls come down safely
We handle the permits, bring in engineers and install beams so the job is safe and meets code. Opening up a kitchen often means a wall comes out.
Quiet luxury
Doors and drawers stop slamming because each one gets soft-close hardware as standard. It's small, and the difference it makes is huge.
Your kitchen in 3D, ahead of the build.
Kitchens average 3-4 weeks.
Temp kitchen set up while we renovate.
Prices few can get on quality materials.
Walls come out safely, with permits.
Cushioned closing on all cabinetry.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIt turns first on whether the layout stays. A same-layout Aurora kitchen keeps its money in cabinets, counters and backsplash, because a sink, faucet or appliance replaced in place needs no building permit. Moving plumbing or opening walls adds trade work. In a century house in Northeast Old Aurora, leave room in the budget for what the old walls hide; anything we find is quoted before we continue.
The work itself takes 3 to 5 weeks. In Aurora, a kitchen that keeps its layout won't be held up by approvals: swapping fixtures and appliances is exempt from a building permit, and the heritage guide doesn't cover interior work that leaves the outside unchanged. Jobs that move walls or plumbing run longer, as do ones waiting on cabinets, so selections are finished before demolition.
Not every one. Replacing a sink, faucet or appliance where the old one was is exempt from a building permit in Aurora, and a designated house needs no heritage permit for interior work that leaves its exterior alone. Structural changes and new plumbing runs are a different scope. If your plan needs a permit, we take care of it and book the inspections.
Ask at the first visit. Our usual way is to choose tile, stone, wood and fixtures with you and price them into the itemized quote, so everything sits on one list and is ordered on the same schedule. If you already have a piece you want to use, tell us early so it can be planned in.

With a free visit to your Aurora house. We measure the kitchen and talk money first, since nothing is drawn until the budget is agreed, and that is the time to say whether the sink and walls should stay where they are. Renders and an itemized quote follow.

Your choice, within the budget we set together. Door style, colour and hardware are chosen with you alongside the counters and backsplash, and the 3D renders show the combination in your own kitchen before anything is ordered.

Fitting new cabinets and counters into rooms that can be more than a century old. Northeast Old Aurora is mostly houses from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, so we measure the rooms as they stand and draw the kitchen to suit them.

It can. Aurora's exemption covers plumbing fixtures replaced where they already stand, and a sink in a new island needs drain and supply lines run to it, which goes beyond a replacement. Licensed plumbers run those lines on our jobs, and if the work needs a permit, we file it.

Often, yes. A shaker door is a plain framed panel, so it looks at home in a century-old room and still works in a newer one.

Good to KnowOne Aurora variable moves the cost early: whether the sink stays put. A sink, faucet or dishwasher that goes back where the old one stood doesn't need a building permit in Aurora. Moving the sink to an island, adding drains or taking out a wall is a bigger scope with more trade work. After the layout, the cabinets and counters you pick set most of the cost, each on its own line of the itemized quote that follows a free consultation.
In Northeast Old Aurora, a house more than a century old can hide work you can't price until the old cabinets come off. If something turns up behind the walls, you get photos and a price for it before the work goes on.
A like-for-like kitchen often needs none. Fixture and appliance replacement is on Aurora's list of work exempt from a building permit, and in a designated house or one inside a heritage district, the Town's heritage permit guide lists interior work as exempt, except where it changes the external appearance. New cabinets and counters inside a century home go ahead without heritage review. A new window over the sink, or a change to an exterior wall, would bring heritage review in. When a kitchen does need a permit, we handle the application and the inspections.
Northeast Old Aurora is a heritage conservation district of mostly residential streets, built up with late 19th and early 20th century houses. A kitchen there sits inside a structure more than 100 years old, and the district rules cover anything visible from outside. We plan the cabinets and island to fit the rooms as they are, and keep exterior changes off the plan unless you decide the heritage permit is worth it.
Refacing puts new doors and drawer fronts on the cabinet boxes you already have. It changes the look but keeps the layout, the box sizes and whatever is worn inside them. If you want an island, more drawers, taller uppers or a different layout, the boxes have to be replaced, and that is where a full kitchen renovation starts.
Three to five weeks is a long stretch without a kitchen, so plan where you'll cook and wash up while it's out; a microwave and the laundry sink cover a lot. We control dust and keep the work zone safe for children and pets, and your project manager sends you a note every day. Licensed trades come in on the days the wiring and plumbing are scheduled. The job is run out of our Bradford office.
In Gayle Martin's review, the phone rang within two minutes of booking online, a quote followed the next day, and the crew started three days later. The job took 'the 3 days he told us it would,' and the review sums up Roman and Maks as 'straight shooters.'
