transformation,
one team.
Full home renovations in Alliston from our Bradford office: a whole-house overhaul, an open floor plan, a second storey addition or new floors in every room. One client's house got floors, trim, stairs and a finished basement, on time.
What We OfferAn Alliston full renovation can reach every room and the outside too: layouts reworked, walls opened, a storey added, new siding or brick. One team handles the design, the New Tecumseth permits and the build, so you aren't coordinating separate trades.
Top to bottom
Your point of contact is one person. We coordinate each trade and detail, and a single team renovates your home on one timeline, foundation to roof.
Walls come down
Remove walls, add beams, create flow. We handle structural engineering, permits, and execution to open up your main floor living space.
Expand upward
If you're short on room, we add a second story, a dormer or an addition, with permits, full architectural drawings and the build managed in-house.
Bundle & save
Doing more than one room? Run the kitchen and bathroom as one project with us and you get better pricing, a faster timeline and finishes that match.
Unified foundation
Hardwood, engineered, LVP, tile: installed consistently throughout your home. We match thresholds, handle transitions, and ensure a cohesive look.
Every detail
Every surface gets a refresh, including trim, doors, hardware, paint and lighting, so your renovated rooms match the house around them.
Why Choose UsOne team, one call
Every trade, schedule and message goes through your dedicated project manager, a single accountable person on one number. Juggling contractors isn't your job.

With trades sequenced efficiently so work keeps moving, most full home renovations are done in 8-12 weeks, and you get home sooner.
No subcontractor chaos
Plumbers, electricians, drywallers, painters: our own crews. Better coordination, consistent quality, and accountability on every task.
Concept to completion
One company does it all: 3D renders, architectural drawings, material picks and construction. We're the designer and the builder.
We handle city hall
Building permits, electrical permits, plumbing permits, inspections: we manage the entire approval process so you never visit a municipal office.
Stay or relocate
Stay while we phase the work, or move out and we'll coordinate a temporary place. We plan it with you around where you'll live.
One project manager for everything.
Averages 8-12 weeks start to end.
Our own crews, no subcontractors.
We design it, we build it.

Contact us to check availability →FAQThe scope decides most of it. In Alliston, an addition brings site work with it, because the Town wants a lot grading plan and the excavation and backfill have to match it. On a septic property, the septic layout or design also goes in with the application, and adding plumbing fixtures to a house on septic is permit work in its own right. The itemized quote shows each of these as a separate line.
Most whole-house jobs run 8 to 16 weeks. On a lot inside an NVCA or LSRCA regulated area, the conservation authority's permit can be needed before the Town takes the building permit application, so that comes first and adds time. The NVCA also counts Alliston among the communities in its watershed most at risk of flooding, which is why we check a lot's flood status before an addition is designed.
For a full renovation, almost certainly. New Tecumseth requires a building permit to install, change, remove or move load-bearing walls and beams, to add openings in load-bearing or exterior walls, and to resize doors and windows, so an open-concept layout that takes out a bearing wall needs one. Adding a bedroom, or converting a room into one, is on the same list. We prepare the drawings and applications and book every inspection.
For a whole-house job in Alliston, the contractor should be able to walk you through New Tecumseth's steps: structural permits, a lot grading plan for an addition, and a conservation authority permit if the lot is regulated. Proof of licensing, insurance and WSIB coverage comes next, along with a quote broken out item by item. We serve Alliston from the Bradford location, and Max, the owner, leads our jobs.

Any combination of reworked rooms, an open floor plan, an added storey and new flooring throughout, and it can fold in the kitchen and bathrooms too. One team handles design, permits and the build, so the house is planned as a whole rather than room by room.

Design and structural drawings, then a New Tecumseth building permit, then the build. Adding a storey or a room can mean moving load-bearing walls and beams or cutting new openings in exterior walls, all on the Town's permit list, so the beam and header details are drawn before the application goes in.

On our jobs, everything from drawings to final inspection. That covers the permit application, the lot grading plan, any conservation authority permit, the trades, and inspections booked with the 24 hours' notice the Town requires.

Yes. Flooring throughout is part of the whole-home work we take on. It can be the main job or one piece of a larger one, such as an open floor plan, where a single floor runs across the space the old walls divided.
People also ask
Yes, with a building permit. A new bedroom, or an office or den turned into one, is on New Tecumseth's list of work that needs a permit, so egress and smoke alarm details for it go into the whole-house drawings.
People also ask
Lower than the foundation top, and sloping away. New Tecumseth's permit guide sets finished grade next to the house at least 6 inches (152 mm) below the top of the foundation wall, with drainage running away from the building, so the dig and backfill for an addition are planned to that grade.

Good to KnowOur Bradford location serves Alliston; Reno Raptors itself started in Barrie in 2018, has completed 600+ projects and is rated 5.0 from 40 Google reviews. On a whole-house job the permit work runs alongside the design: drawings for structural changes, the grading plan for an addition, any heritage or conservation authority permit, then inspections at each stage. Max, the owner, leads the work alongside Roman, his father, and a project manager stays your one point of contact until the final walkthrough.
An addition is designed to figures the Town sets for all of New Tecumseth. Its climatic calculations use the Alliston row of Ontario's design data, so the structural loads for a new storey or a rear addition are worked out from those values. Outside, the permit guide wants the finished ground beside the structure at least 152 mm (6 inches) below the top of the foundation wall, with drainage carried away from the foundation. That shapes how the site is dug and backfilled, so we price the grading plan with the excavation from the start.
