What We OfferIn Bradford, our crew takes the room from demolition to the last fixture, with licensed trades on the plumbing and wiring. One project manager runs each bathroom renovation from our Bradford office and sends you an update every day.
Complete transformation
A full remodel starts at bare studs. Then the bathroom you've wanted is rebuilt from scratch, and we coordinate its modern function, premium finishes and new layout.
Luxury bathing experiences
Body jets, rain showerheads and made-to-measure glass come with the frameless walk-in showers and deep soaker tubs we put in, so your bath or shower turns into a retreat each day.
Statement storage
Making a statement without wasting space is the point of our vanity designs: floating units, double sinks, hidden storage, soft-close drawers.
Artisan craftsmanship
Intricate mosaics, large-format porcelain, natural marble: our tile setters are artists. Every grout line is perfect, every pattern intentional.
Set the mood
Layered lighting that transforms your bathroom. Backlit mirrors, recessed shower lights, dimmer controls, because great lighting changes everything.
Premium details
The gap between nice and extraordinary comes down to the last details: brushed gold fixtures, smart toilets, matte black hardware and heated towel bars.

Contact us to check availability →FAQFor a Bradford bathroom, the big variable is whether the layout changes. A reworked room needs the Town's interior alteration permit, which only goes in with complete drawings, so that design work happens before demolition. If the shower, toilet and vanity stay where they are, your tile, fixtures and finishes set the number, and the itemized quote shows each one.
Once demolition starts, a typical bathroom takes us 10 to 14 working days. The wait that matters in Bradford comes before that. When walls or the layout change, the drawings have to be finished and the interior alteration permit issued before we tear anything out, so that time sits ahead of the crew's 10 to 14 days instead of interrupting them.
You do if walls move or the layout is reworked, because the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury treats that as a residential interior alteration. We manage the permit process and the inspections on our jobs, so you won't be the one dealing with the building department or booking the inspector.
We control dust every day we're on site, and the site stays safe for kids and pets. You hear from your project manager daily, so you know what was done and what comes next. If this is the only bathroom in the house, raise it at the consultation so the plan accounts for it.

Ours lists every item. After measuring the room at your house, we send an itemized quote with 3D renders, and items can be added or dropped before the job begins. The consultation and the quote cost nothing, and once the job begins there are no hidden costs.

Yes. Kathleen Rusk's review describes a bathroom Max led in a 150-year-old century home that came with "some challenges", and she wrote that the crew was punctual and kept their word.

Drawings first, then the permit, then the build. The new layout is settled with you in 3D renders and drawn up in full, because Bradford West Gwillimbury expects complete drawings with an interior alteration application. Once the permit is issued, demolition starts, the plumbing and wiring are roughed in, and tile, vanity and fixtures follow.

From your project manager, who sends an update each day on what was done and what comes next. Amy An's bathroom review mentions updates through a group chat.

You do. Bradford West Gwillimbury treats a home's internal plumbing, backwater valve included, as the homeowner's property to maintain. On our jobs licensed plumbers install it, and when we check in 30 days after the handover walkthrough, you can raise anything you have noticed.

Good to KnowTwo things decide what a Bradford bathroom costs: how much of the room moves, and what you put in it. Moving the shower or toilet, or taking out a wall to make the room bigger, means an interior alteration permit and a full set of drawings first, so the design work is finished before anyone picks up a hammer.
The rest is finishes. Tile, stone and fixtures get picked together at the selection stage, held to the budget we agree on at your house. Because the quote that follows your free consultation is itemized, a custom vanity or a stone shower wall is its own line that you can keep or cut, and you see the total change before you commit.
The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury issues the permit for residential interior alterations, and its list of requirements includes a copy of complete architectural, structural and, if applicable, mechanical drawings. For a bathroom, that means the layout has to be final before anything is submitted, so we settle it with you in the 3D renders and the drawings follow from that. We manage the application and the inspections afterward, which keeps the building department's questions and site visits with us rather than with you.
If you're adding a bathroom in a Bradford basement, find the backwater valve before anything gets drawn. The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury states that all the internal plumbing of a home, backwater valve included, is privately owned by the homeowner, who is responsible for maintaining it. A valve that needs cleaning can't end up under a tiled floor or behind a vanity, so we lay the room out around it and show you where the access sits in the 3D renders before the drawings are finalized.
Reno Raptors was set up in Barrie in 2018, and its second office, in Bradford, is where your job is run from. Max, who owns the company, runs the work together with his father, Roman. The first visit happens at your house: we take measurements and go over what you want to spend before any design work starts. After that you get 3D renders and an itemized quote, then make your selections, and construction runs under one project manager. At handover we walk through every detail with you, and 30 days later we check in again. We're licensed and insured, with WSIB coverage.
Licensed trades do the plumbing and electrical on our bathrooms. They answer to the same project manager as the tile and trim work, so there's no second contractor for you to schedule. When the layout changes, their rough-in follows the drawings filed with the Town, and the wall isn't closed over it until the inspection is done.
