delivered.
Bathroom renovation in Barrie, run from our headquarters in the city: full remodels, showers and tubs, custom vanities, tile and stonework. You see 3D renders of the new room before demolition starts.
What We OfferWhat we take on in a Barrie bathroom: gutting a tired main bath, trading a tub for a walk-in shower, building a custom vanity, tiling floors and walls, or redoing a powder room by itself. Licensed trades do the plumbing and electrical.
Complete transformation
A full remodel starts at bare studs. Then the bathroom you've wanted is rebuilt from scratch, and we coordinate its modern function, premium finishes and new layout.
Luxury bathing experiences
A shower can be frameless and walk-in, a tub deep enough to soak in, and either one makes bathing a daily retreat. Rainfall heads, custom glass and body jets are included.
Statement storage
The vanities we design make a statement and get the most from the space, with soft-close drawers, hidden storage, double sinks and floating units.
Artisan craftsmanship
Our setters treat tile as art: detailed mosaics, natural marble, large-format porcelain. Grout lines come out perfect, and no pattern is accidental.
Set the mood
We plan the light in layers to reshape your bathroom, with recessed shower lights, a backlit mirror and dimmer controls. Done right, it changes the whole room.
Premium details
It's the finishing details that turn a nice bathroom into an extraordinary one. Think smart toilets, heated towel bars, matte black hardware, brushed gold fixtures.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIn Barrie, the plumbing plan moves the price: a moved toilet or a new shower drain is permit work for the City, which brings drawings and inspections into the job. Tile and fixture choices account for much of the rest.
Most of ours take 10 to 14 working days once the crew starts. In Barrie, plumbing is what can stretch that: move the toilet, shower or sink and the City's plumbing inspections have to happen before the walls close, so tile waits on them. We book those inspections ourselves, and the permit is issued before demolition starts.
It depends on the plumbing. The City of Barrie puts installing, replacing or repairing plumbing and drains on its permit list, and names bathroom cupboards installed without plumbing as work that needs none. So a new vanity cupboard on its own is the simple case, while a relocated toilet, an added sink or a new shower drain needs a permit. When yours does, we apply for it and handle the inspections.
A walk-in shower with a low curb, or no curb, where the tub used to be is the layout most worth looking at. Bring it up at the first visit and we'll draw it into the 3D renders, so you can judge the space and the entry before anything is torn out. The new valve and drain are plumbing work, which in Barrie goes ahead under a City permit that we arrange.

It comes down to how much gets rebuilt. A conversion sets a shower into the space the tub filled. A walk-in opens that space up, with a low curb or a level entry, and a tiled shower is built in place with tile on the walls and floor. If any of them moves the drain, Barrie treats the job as plumbing permit work.

Call (249) 444-4533 on a weekday between 8am and 6pm, or email info@renoraptors.ca, and we'll set a time to come and measure. The visit and the quote are both free. The quote comes back itemized, with 3D renders of the bathroom we talked through.

Yes, on its own. A powder room goes through the same steps as a main bath, only smaller: a measure at the house, 3D renders, then the new vanity, toilet, tile and fixtures. Moving the toilet or the sink turns it into plumbing permit work with the City.

Yes. Both rooms go on one itemized quote and one schedule, run by the same project manager. Paul Moniz had two bathrooms done by our team, with paint, tile, plumbing, trim and electrical all part of the job, and he wrote that the house stayed spotless while they worked.

One project manager runs it from demolition to the last coat of paint and sends you a daily update. The owner, Max, and his father, Roman, lead the work out of our Barrie headquarters.

Yes. Allandale is part of Barrie, home to our headquarters. Amy An, who lives there, wrote that her bathroom was done in 2 weeks by a crew that "worked so clean we forgot" the room was being overhauled.

Good to KnowYour tile, vanity and fixtures set much of what a Barrie bathroom costs, and whether the plumbing moves sets the rest. The itemized quote comes after a free consultation at your house, so you can see which choices carry the price and swap a finish before anything is ordered. Once work starts there are no hidden costs. If an opened wall shows something nobody could see from the room, such as old wiring, you get photos, the options and a price for the extra work before it goes ahead.
In Barrie, the layout is the decision to make early. A plan that keeps the toilet, tub and sink where they are avoids new drain runs. A plan that moves them adds the City's plumbing permit, the drawings behind it and inspections during the build.
We settle the permit question at the first visit, once we know which fixtures move. When the plan crosses the City of Barrie's line, we prepare the drawings, apply, and book the plumbing inspections, so you never have to call the building department yourself. The permit is in hand before the old bathroom comes out.
The first visit is at your house: we measure the bathroom and talk budget before anything is drawn. You then get the itemized quote and 3D renders, so the room is settled on screen before demolition. Tile, stone, vanity and fixtures are picked with you inside that budget, and one project manager runs the build with daily updates. At the end we walk the room with you, then check in again 30 days later.
Amy An lives in Allandale, Barrie, and reviewed the overhaul of her master bathroom with us. The crew kept her posted in a group chat, worked until 7 to 8pm to beat her deadline and left the site spotless; in her words, "Pricing matched the quote." Reno Raptors started in Barrie in 2018, and the crews still work out of the headquarters here.
