Bathroom renovations in Aurora cover a full remodel or one part of it: shower or tub, a custom vanity, or tile and stone. You see the room in 3D before anything comes out, and we have finished 600+ projects since 2018.
What We OfferWe renovate main bathrooms and ensuites in Aurora houses: tubs and showers, tile, vanities and fixtures. The plumbing and wiring are done by licensed trades, and our crew takes care of everything else, through to the last coat of paint.
Complete transformation
Everything comes out, right down to the studs, then we build the bathroom you want from scratch and keep its new layout, modern function and premium finishes in step.
Luxury bathing experiences
From frameless walk-in showers to deep soaker tubs, we create bathing experiences that feel like a daily retreat. Includes custom glass, rainfall heads, and body jets.
Statement storage
Floating vanities, double sinks, soft-close drawers, and hidden storage. We design vanities that maximize space while making a statement.
Artisan craftsmanship
Our setters treat tile as art: detailed mosaics, natural marble, large-format porcelain. Grout lines come out perfect, and no pattern is accidental.
Set the mood
Layered lighting that transforms your bathroom. Backlit mirrors, recessed shower lights, dimmer controls, because great lighting changes everything.
Premium details
Heated towel bars and smart toilets, brushed gold fixtures and matte black hardware: with these final touches in place, a nice room turns extraordinary.

Contact us to check availability →FAQThe price follows how much of the room you take on: a new shower or tub, a custom vanity, fresh tile and stone, or all of it in a full remodel. Each part is priced on its own line after a free visit, with 3D renders beside the numbers. A heritage designation adds no approval to the inside of an Aurora bathroom, because the Town's heritage guide exempts interior work.
Expect 10 to 14 working days once demolition starts. Before that come the free visit, the quote with its renders, and your selections, so the tile and vanity are chosen before the crew arrives. What can hold back an Aurora start date is a window: on a designated house, a new or resized one changes the outside and needs a heritage permit first.
Usually not. The Town of Aurora lists repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures among work that needs no building permit, so a new tub, toilet or vanity in the old spot goes ahead without one. New drain lines or an extra fixture fall outside that list. We check your plan against it at the first visit, and if a permit is needed, we file it and book the inspections.
Yes. After we measure, you get 3D renders showing the tile layout, the vanity and the shower, so the pattern or the position of a niche can change before anything is ordered. Then we pick tile, stone and fixtures together, inside the budget.

Anything from one piece to the whole room. A remodel can stop at a new shower or a custom vanity, or take in the tub, tile, stone and fixtures together. Every part gets its own figure on the quote, so you can see what leaving one out would save before anything is ordered.

Mostly in size and in who uses it. An ensuite belongs to one bedroom, so it is often where a bigger shower or a second sink goes, while a main bathroom the whole family shares usually keeps its tub. We measure, render, quote and build both the same way.
People also ask
Usually, if they are worn. With the walls and floor opened up, licensed plumbers can see the supply and drain lines, and replacing a worn one now saves opening up the new tile later. Anything they find is priced with you before the work is done.

Yes, on one quote with one project manager. If they're the only two bathrooms in the house, we can do them one after the other so you always have one to use, with each taking the typical 10 to 14 working days.

Phone us or fill in the form on our contact page, and we book a free visit to your house. The line, (249) 444-4533, is staffed 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Aurora is served by our Bradford office. At the visit we measure and talk budget; the itemized quote and 3D renders follow.

Not if the work stays inside. The Town's heritage guide leaves interior work off its permit list unless the outside of the house changes, so a new shower, tile and vanity in a designated house need no heritage review. Only a change you can see from outside, such as a new window, brings the heritage permit in.

Good to KnowAn Aurora bathroom quote lists what each choice adds: the shower or tub, the vanity, tile and stone, the fixtures, and the licensed plumbing and electrical. Fixtures that stay where they are keep the job off the Town's permit list, while a new drain line or an extra fixture brings in permit work, and on a designated house a new window needs a heritage permit. The itemized quote follows a free consultation at your house, with the 3D renders beside it, so a custom vanity or a stone shower wall can be swapped or dropped before anything is ordered, and the total stays put once work starts unless you add to it.
The Town of Aurora's permits page lists repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures among work that needs no building permit. Its Heritage Permit Guide, which covers designated houses and heritage districts, leaves out interior work unless it affects how the house looks from outside. A refresh that keeps the fixtures and the window where they are needs neither permit. Adding a fixture, running a new drain or changing the window is where approvals come in, and Reno Raptors handles those applications and the inspections.
Our Bradford office covers Aurora. The owner, Max, leads each job, working beside his father Roman. One project manager keeps you updated daily until the walkthrough, and 30 days after that we check in.
