"Look through the whole finished house in 3D before demolition day."
transformation,
one team.
Home renovations in Orangeville take in whole-home interiors, open concept layouts, flooring throughout and second storey additions. Max, the owner, runs the work with his father, Roman, and six in ten of our clients are repeat clients.
What We OfferA full home renovation in Orangeville can open up the main floor, change the exterior or add a storey. Before design starts, we check whether your street, your lot or the outside changes bring approvals beyond the building permit, because in Orangeville some do.
Top to bottom
We coordinate every trade, every detail. From foundation to roof, your entire home transformed with one team, one timeline, one point of contact.
Walls come down
We take out walls and add beams so the living space on your main floor opens up and flows. The structural engineering, permits and build are ours.
Expand upward
Dormers, second stories and additions give you more room. We manage it all in-house: the permits, the construction and the full architectural plans.
Bundle & save
Renovating multiple spaces? We coordinate kitchen and bathroom renovations together for better pricing, faster timelines, and finishes that match.
Unified foundation
The whole house looks cohesive because we lay LVP, tile, hardwood or engineered consistently, match the thresholds and sort out each transition.
Every detail
Every surface gets a refresh, including trim, doors, hardware, paint and lighting, so your renovated rooms match the house around them.
Why Choose UsOne team, one call
You won't juggle contractors. A project manager dedicated to your job runs trades, schedules and all communication. You call one number, and one person answers for it.
Efficient timelines
Full home renovations typically complete in 8-12 weeks. We sequence trades efficiently so work never stops and you're back home faster.
No subcontractor chaos
The plumbers, electricians, drywallers and painters are all ours. Work is better coordinated, quality holds steady, and each task has a name on it.
Concept to completion
One company does it all: 3D renders, architectural drawings, material picks and construction. We're the designer and the builder.
We handle city hall
We run the whole approval process: building, electrical and plumbing permits, along with every inspection. You never need to go into a municipal office.
Stay or relocate
We help plan around your living situation. Phase work so you can stay, or coordinate temporary accommodations if needed.
A single project manager runs it all.
The average job takes 8-12 weeks.
You get our crews and no subs.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIn Orangeville, two things can add a lot to the cost. If the plan turns a crawlspace or partial basement into a full basement, the Town requires a building permit to excavate for it, so it's structural work with its own permit, not finishing. And on a designated heritage property or in a heritage district, exterior changes need a heritage permit review. The itemized quote shows each separately.
Construction on a whole house is typically 8 to 16 weeks. Orangeville's drinking water comes from underground sources, so on a lot in a source protection vulnerable area, some work needs a Notice to Proceed application before the building permit application goes in. Exterior work on a heritage property adds a heritage permit review too. We check your address for both early.
If walls move, yes. Orangeville needs a permit for structural changes, and the Town counts interior partitions among them, so opening up a main floor means a permit before demolition. On a designated heritage property or in a heritage conservation district, changes to the outside also need a heritage permit, though interior work is exempt unless it affects the exterior. We manage the permits and inspections.
Start by checking whether a contractor's estimates hold. Gayle Martin's review calls Roman and Maks "straight shooters" and says the job took the 3 days she had been told it would. Then give each contractor your address: one who works in Orangeville should know whether it's on a street in the proposed Merchants and Prince of Wales heritage district before pricing any exterior work. Orangeville jobs run from our Bradford office; we're licensed and insured, and the crew has WSIB coverage.

Everything except the decisions. You approve the design and choose the finishes, and one project manager runs the rest, Town permits and inspections included, plus a Credit Valley Conservation permit when an addition on a regulated lot needs one.

Our designers draw the new layout and turn it into 3D renders, so you see each room before demolition. Tile, stone, wood and fixtures are then chosen with you inside the budget, and the same team carries the design into the permit drawings and the build.

Yes. Whole-home finishes are part of our work: trim, doors, hardware, paint and lighting, refreshed so the renovated rooms sit well with the rest of the house. You choose them with us inside the budget, at the same selection stage as the tile and fixtures.

A new opening does. Orangeville's building permit list includes a new window opening or a new entrance, so widening a window or cutting in a patio door is drawn and permitted first. On a designated heritage property, or in a heritage conservation district, new windows also change the exterior, which brings in the heritage permit.
People also ask
The change is priced before it's built. You see what it adds and agree to it first, and nothing else is added to the quote once work starts.

Some may. The Town has proposed a heritage conservation district for the residential streets beside downtown, and its guidelines may reach new windows, doors, cladding and additions on those streets.

Good to KnowOrangeville has proposed a Merchants and Prince of Wales Heritage Conservation District for the historic residential area next to downtown. The proposed district includes west Broadway, Zina, York and Bythia Streets, First Street and First Avenue. If your house is on one of those streets, exterior alterations and additions may come under the district's proposed guidelines, so we check the plan before setting the exterior scope. Inside the house, the Town's heritage permit rules exempt interior work unless it affects the outside, which leaves open concept layouts and new flooring out of heritage review.
A whole-house job touches every trade, so the question is who coordinates them. With us, that's a single project manager from our Bradford office, with licensed trades doing the wiring and plumbing. You start with a free consultation at the house, get an itemized quote and 3D renders, choose finishes inside the budget, and end with a final walkthrough and a check-in a month after that. Reno Raptors has been renovating since 2018 and holds a 5.0 rating across 40 Google reviews.
