What We OfferFor a bathroom renovation in Vaughan, one crew handles the whole room. We tear out the old fixtures, licensed trades redo the pipes and wiring, and we set the shower or tub, the custom vanity and the tile. One project manager reports to you daily.
Complete transformation
You picture the bathroom; we build it from scratch after taking the old one back to the studs. The premium finishes, new layout and modern function are ours to coordinate.
Luxury bathing experiences
A frameless walk-in shower or a deep soaker tub gives you a retreat to step into every day. We fit them with custom glass, body jets and rainfall heads.
Statement storage
Our vanities can float, carry double sinks, hide storage and use soft-close drawers. We design them to maximize space and to stand out.
Artisan craftsmanship
Intricate mosaics, large-format porcelain, natural marble: our tile setters are artists. Every grout line is perfect, every pattern intentional.
Set the mood
Lights recessed over the shower, mirrors lit from behind and dimmers work in layers to make the bathroom a different room. Lighting like that changes everything.
Premium details
Brushed gold fixtures, matte black hardware, heated towel bars, smart toilets: the finishing touches that take your bathroom from nice to extraordinary.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIn Vaughan, it comes down mostly to whether a fixture moves. Most houses here went up between 1981 and 2005, so the work usually replaces the builder's original tub, vanity and tile. Leave the toilet, shower and vanity where they are and the plumbing stays simple. Relocate one and the job picks up drawings, a City permit and inspection visits, all priced in the itemized quote before we start.
Usually 10 to 14 working days. In Vaughan, the fixtures decide when those days can start. Move one and the City wants a building permit, with inspections before the walls are closed, so the permit review comes ahead of the start date. Keep them in their current spots and we can go straight to the build.
Yes, when the plumbing changes. The City of Vaughan asks for a building permit for work that adds a plumbing fixture or relocates an existing one, such as a second sink or a shower moved to another wall. Replacing a fixture where it already sits does neither. If your plan needs a permit, the drawings, the application and the inspection bookings are ours to handle.
Yes, both. A two-piece washroom and a large primary ensuite follow the same steps with us: a visit to measure, an itemized quote with 3D renders, and fixtures picked inside your budget. The small room tends to land at the short end of our usual schedule. A big ensuite with a separate shower and tub has more tile to set and more plumbing to connect, so it runs longer.

A licensed, insured contractor with WSIB coverage that also files the City permit when a fixture is added or moved. That is how we work, with one team from the first visit to the handover walkthrough, run from our Bradford office.

Usually what the builder installed. In the 2021 Census, 60,535 of Vaughan's 103,915 occupied homes dated from 1981 to 2005, so most remodels here replace original builder fixtures. A full remodel replaces the tub, vanity and tile and can change the layout. A lighter job keeps the layout and changes the surfaces.

On screen, as 3D renders sent with the quote, before anything is drawn for the City. If you try the vanity on another wall or a shower where the tub was, we can tell you then whether that change brings a Vaughan building permit into the job.

The permit work, the room's size and the finishes you pick. Vaughan requires a building permit for any new plumbing fixture, so a basement bathroom always carries drawings and inspections before the walls close. Each of those gets its own line on the itemized quote, written once we have seen the space.

After the quote and before demolition. You pick tile, the vanity and fixtures with us, inside the budget, so the crew isn't waiting on a delivery once the old room is torn out.

A walkthrough of the room with you, and a check-in from us 30 days later. If a fixture moved and the job needed a City permit, its inspections are ours to book, so nothing is left on your list.

Good to KnowWhat a Vaughan bathroom costs turns first on whether its fixtures stay in place. A layout change lifts the quote, because a new or relocated fixture brings drawings, a building permit and inspections on top of the plumbing. Size and selections account for the rest: tile, stone, the vanity and the fixtures, which we pick with you against the budget. Each sits on its own line of the itemized quote we write after a free consultation at your house, and once work starts the price moves only if you approve a change.
The City's rule is about plumbing fixtures, so at the first visit we ask whether anything moves or gets added. A double vanity where there was one sink, a walk-in shower on a new wall, or a toilet shifted to open up floor space all mean a permit. We draw the new layout, submit it, and schedule the inspections so they happen before tile goes over the walls.
Close to six in ten Vaughan homes were built in that window, so an ensuite renovation here usually begins with the builder's original room. A typical job removes the original tub or shower, the vanity, the tile and the fixtures together. Some owners keep the footprint and change everything on the surface. Others rework the room, which is where the permit comes in. Either way, the 3D renders show the result first.
Our Bradford office covers York Region, Vaughan included. The owner, Max, and his father Roman lead the crew, and the pipes and wiring go to licensed plumbers and electricians. We carry insurance and WSIB coverage. Every job follows the same order: a free visit to measure and talk money, the itemized quote and renders, selections, then the build, with a daily update from one project manager. Inna Rotar, who had bathrooms done in her cottage, wrote that the crew's "tiling skills are unmatched."
