Bathroom renovation in Innisfil, handled from our Barrie headquarters: complete remodels, new showers or tubs, vanities built to fit, and tile or stone work. We keep the dust down and the house safe for kids and pets every day we're working.
What We OfferIn Innisfil we redo main baths and ensuites, swap tubs nobody uses for showers, build vanities and tile floors and walls. If you're adding a bathroom instead of redoing one, tell us whether the house is on septic, since that can change the scope.
Complete transformation
Everything comes out, right down to the studs, then we build the bathroom you want from scratch and keep its new layout, modern function and premium finishes in step.
Luxury bathing experiences
From frameless walk-in showers to deep soaker tubs, we create bathing experiences that feel like a daily retreat. Includes custom glass, rainfall heads, and body jets.
Statement storage
The vanities we design make a statement and get the most from the space, with soft-close drawers, hidden storage, double sinks and floating units.
Artisan craftsmanship
Our setters treat tile as art: detailed mosaics, natural marble, large-format porcelain. Grout lines come out perfect, and no pattern is accidental.
Set the mood
Good light makes all the difference, and layering it remakes the room. That means backlit mirrors, dimmer controls and recessed lights in the shower.
Premium details
Brushed gold fixtures, matte black hardware, heated towel bars, smart toilets: the finishing touches that take your bathroom from nice to extraordinary.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIt depends on whether the job stays inside the room. The Innisfil item to watch is septic. On a septic lot, adding a bathroom can mean the septic system itself has to change, and the Town requires a separate building permit for changes to an existing system. That takes the scope past the room, so we ask about it at the first visit. Tile, fixtures and layout make up most of the rest of the quote.
Usually 10 to 14 working days on site. Two Town steps can add time ahead of that: a building permit when plumbing is added or moved, with plumbing inspections during the job, and a separate septic permit if a new bathroom means changing the system. We apply for both before the crew's start date.
Yes, if plumbing is added or moved. The Town of Innisfil requires a building permit for interior renovations that add or move plumbing, and another for a new septic system or changes to an existing one. Retiling and a new vanity with every fixture staying put don't fall under either item. Whatever your job needs, we prepare the application and arrange the inspections.
Yes. We take the tub out and build a shower in its place, either a walk-in with a low curb or none, or a fully tiled stall. If the drain stays where the tub's was, the plumbing change is small; if the shower moves to another wall, the Town counts it as moved plumbing and the building permit comes first.

Reno Raptors does, from its Barrie headquarters, which covers Innisfil along with the rest of Simcoe County. Max, who owns the company, leads the crew with his father, Roman, and the same team carries your bathroom from the first measure to the walkthrough.

Ours do. Licensed plumbers and electricians do that work on every bathroom we take on, so you aren't lining up your own trades. Moving the toilet, shower or sink, or adding one, is permit work in Innisfil, and the plumbing gets inspected while the walls are still open.
People also ask
On our jobs, we do. Reno Raptors prepares and submits the application to the Town of Innisfil and books the plumbing inspections, so you don't have to deal with the building department.

Yes, though it can mean two permits. The new bathroom's plumbing needs a Town building permit, and if the extra fixtures mean the septic system has to change, that change needs a separate permit and widens the job beyond the room.

Someone from our team comes to the house, measures the bathroom and talks through your budget with you, and there's no charge for it. Nothing is drawn before that visit. The itemized quote and 3D renders follow it.

Yes. Friday Harbour is in Innisfil, which is served from our Barrie headquarters. One of our reviewers, luka gogolashvili, wrote that he had booked Roman and the crew for his master bath "at home in Friday harbour" after they renovated his office.

Good to KnowYour vanity, tile and fixture choices carry much of an Innisfil bathroom's cost, and two local items can add to it: a Town plumbing permit if fixtures move, and septic work if a new bathroom changes the system. We measure at a free consultation, then send an itemized quote showing what each part and the labour add before anything is ordered. After the crew starts, nothing hidden is added, and any change you ask for is priced before it goes ahead.
The Town of Innisfil's permit list for interior work names adding or moving plumbing, so a bathroom where the toilet, shower or sink changes position goes through it. A new septic system, or a change to the one you have, is a separate permit. We work out which apply at the first visit, then draw up and submit the application and book the inspections.
Innisfil jobs are run from our Barrie headquarters by the same team that designs them. We measure at your house, send the itemized quote with 3D renders, choose tile and fixtures with you, and keep one project manager on the job with daily updates. After the walkthrough at handover, we check in again 30 days later.
One of our reviews comes from luka gogolashvili, who hired Roman and the crew for an office renovation and wrote that the work was done properly and "up to code", with the place kept clean and safe throughout. He has since booked us for the master bath at his home in Friday Harbour.
