Bathroom renovations in Alliston from our Bradford office: tub-to-shower swaps, full gut jobs, custom vanities and tile or stone work. Max, the owner, runs each job with his father Roman, and 60% of clients hire us again.
What We OfferAn Alliston bathroom job can be a main bath, an ensuite or a bathroom in the basement, gutted or refreshed with a walk-in shower. The Town of New Tecumseth issues the permit, and the plumbing and electrical are done by licensed trades.
Complete transformation
We strip it down to the studs and rebuild your dream bathroom from scratch. New layout, premium finishes, and modern functionality, all coordinated as one job.
Luxury bathing experiences
From frameless walk-in showers to deep soaker tubs, we create bathing experiences that feel like a daily retreat. Includes custom glass, rainfall heads, and body jets.
Statement storage
The vanities we design make a statement and get the most from the space, with soft-close drawers, hidden storage, double sinks and floating units.
Artisan craftsmanship
Intricate mosaics, large-format porcelain, natural marble: our tile setters are artists. Every grout line is perfect, every pattern intentional.
Set the mood
Good light makes all the difference, and layering it remakes the room. That means backlit mirrors, dimmer controls and recessed lights in the shower.
Premium details
The gap between nice and extraordinary comes down to the last details: brushed gold fixtures, smart toilets, matte black hardware and heated towel bars.

Contact us to check availability →FAQThe itemized quote after our visit sets it, line by line. In Alliston, the property's servicing can add a step. On a lot served by a septic system, New Tecumseth wants the septic layout or design with any renovation application, and adding plumbing fixtures there needs a permit, so a new or extra bathroom carries more paperwork and lead time. The rest depends on scope and how far fixtures move.
On site, 10 to 14 working days is typical. New Tecumseth needs at least 24 hours' notice for every inspection, and the plumbing has to pass before the walls close, so we book the framing and rough-in inspections a day before each stage is ready instead of leaving the room open while we wait.
Usually, yes. The Town of New Tecumseth issues Alliston's permits, and its list of work that needs one includes installing, renovating or modifying plumbing fixtures or plumbing systems. A new shower, a moved toilet or an added sink all fall under it. We prepare the application, file it with the Town and book each inspection.
Yes. Because it means installing new plumbing fixtures, it needs a New Tecumseth building permit, with drawings, and plumbing inspections before the walls and ceiling are closed. If the house is on septic, the septic layout goes in with the application. We draw the layout, apply for the permit and line up the inspections so the finish isn't held up.

Reno Raptors does. Turning a tub into a walk-in shower modifies plumbing fixtures, which New Tecumseth puts under a building permit, and licensed plumbers do that part. Our own crew does the rest, from the tile to the glass.

A full remodel strips the room to the studs and rebuilds it. That means a replacement shower or tub, a custom vanity, tile or stone on the floor and walls, and plumbing and electrical by licensed trades, with the plumbing changes going through a New Tecumseth permit that we look after.

Yes. Our designers, project managers and trades work as one team, so one company carries the job from the first drawing to the final walkthrough. A single project manager runs it and sends you an update every day.

Our Bradford location. Alliston is in Simcoe County, but it is one of the towns served from Bradford rather than from the Barrie headquarters. One phone line, (249) 444-4533, reaches both offices on weekdays from 8am to 6pm.

More goes into the permit application. New Tecumseth wants the septic system's layout or design included when a septic-serviced house is renovated, and any added fixture there, such as a second sink or a new shower, needs a permit. It helps to find the septic drawing before the design starts.

Yes. Stonework is part of our bathroom work along with tile, for the floor, the walls or the shower. You choose the stone with us at the selection stage, and the itemized quote shows what it changes compared with tile.

Good to KnowA tub swapped for a walk-in shower looks like a small change, but it touches the drain, the supply lines and the floor. That puts it on New Tecumseth's list of plumbing work, so it gets a permit and inspections like a full remodel. The rest is choices: the size of the shower, a curb or a low threshold, the glass and the tile. The 3D renders show those options, and the itemized quote shows what each one adds, so you can compare keeping a tub with converting before you decide.
Alliston is served by our Bradford location, the newer of our two offices. The company itself dates to 2018 in Barrie and has 600+ projects behind it. The first consultation and quote at your house cost nothing, and we're licensed, insured and covered by WSIB.
While the bathroom is out of use, the schedule matters to everyone at home. Brent Ste-Croix wrote that the crew was "working around our life schedule". Your project manager sends an update each day with what was finished, what comes next and when the plumbing inspection is booked.
