Heart of
"Your new kitchen, finished down to the last coat of paint."
the home,
reimagined.
Kitchen renovations in Alliston, run from our Bradford office: replacing cabinets and counters, adding a backsplash or an island, or reworking the layout. The new kitchen is shown in 3D renders before demolition, and we check in 30 days after the walkthrough.
What We OfferIn an Alliston kitchen renovation we take out the old cabinets and counters, carry out any plumbing, structural or window-opening changes under a New Tecumseth permit, then install the new cabinets, counters, backsplash and any island.
Transform or replace
Professional refacing saves money and leaves your current layout in place. Or go all the way and get custom cabinetry made precisely to your spec.
Statement surfaces
We source and fit beautiful countertops in granite, quartz, butcher block or marble, with precise seams and expert work at the backsplash.
The heart of the home
An island built for how you cook and host, custom made with a waterfall edge, seating worked into it, a prep sink and storage.
Seamless function
We fit built-in microwaves, panel-ready fridges and integrated dishwashers, and install hood vents, so the appliances look like part of the design.
Bright ideas
Under-cabinet LEDs, pendant lighting, recessed pot lights, and outlet upgrades. Proper lighting transforms how you cook and entertain.
Flow & function
We rework your layout for more storage and fewer steps. That might mean opening up walls, a better work triangle or a new pantry.
Why Choose UsVisualize before we build
Take a walk through the new kitchen in photorealistic 3D renders before demolition starts, and check the cabinet colours, countertops and where appliances sit.
Efficient timelines
In 3-4 weeks, most kitchen renovations are done. We schedule the trades to follow each other smoothly, so you can cook again quickly.
Keep cooking
Renovation doesn't stop you from making meals. Our temporary kitchen setup gives you a sink, coffee and a microwave while we work.
We find the best
Big box stores don't carry what we bring in, and you share in our exclusive supplier rates on stone, cabinets and fixtures.
Walls come down safely
Taking out a wall is often part of opening a kitchen up. For safety and code compliance, we look after permits, engineers and installing the beam.
Quiet luxury
We put soft-close hardware on every cabinet and every drawer, as standard. Doors quit slamming, and that small detail makes a big change.

Contact us to check availability →FAQStructural work is where an Alliston kitchen can grow. Opening the kitchen to the living room can mean removing or changing a load-bearing wall, and New Tecumseth requires a building permit for that, with beam and header details drawn before work starts. Leaving the walls where they are keeps the beam and that permit out of the budget.
3 to 5 weeks is the usual run. The Town asks for a day's notice before each inspection, so we book each one a day before the stage it covers is ready. If a wall is coming out, the permit with beam and header details comes first, so that time falls before demolition and not in the middle of the job.
It depends on what changes. The Town of New Tecumseth, which issues Alliston's permits, requires one for installing or modifying plumbing fixtures, so a moved sink or a new prep sink counts. It also requires one to move or remove load-bearing walls and beams and to add or resize openings in load-bearing or exterior walls. New cabinets and counters on the same plumbing and walls trigger neither. We handle the application and the inspections.
Yes. Reno Raptors is licensed and insured with WSIB coverage, and our electrical and plumbing work goes to licensed trades. Ask any kitchen contractor you're comparing for the same proof before you sign, along with an itemized quote you can check line by line.

Everything between tearing out the old kitchen and the final paint: cabinets, counters, a backsplash, any island, and the plumbing and electrical by licensed trades. The itemized quote lists each part, and you can take items out or add them before we start.

Call (249) 444-4533 or email info@renoraptors.ca. An assistant answers the phone Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and the first step is a free consultation at your house, where we measure the kitchen and talk through the budget.

Yes. The build runs from demolition to the last coat of paint, so the walls and ceiling of the new kitchen are painted by our crew before the final walkthrough.
People also ask
Yes. New lights, and outlets for an island or a moved appliance, are wired in by licensed trades while the walls are open, before the cabinets and counters go up.

Near the end, once the counters are in. If the sink has moved, the new plumbing in that wall is inspected under the New Tecumseth permit before the wall is closed up, and the tile waits for that inspection to pass.
People also ask
Yes. Moving it means changing its water supply and drain, and New Tecumseth requires a building permit to modify plumbing fixtures or systems, so a relocated dishwasher goes on the kitchen permit along with any sink that moves.

Good to KnowBefore you hire, ask three things: who applies for the permits, who runs the job day to day, and whether the quote is itemized. For an Alliston kitchen, the permits come from the Town of New Tecumseth and we apply for them. Max, the owner, runs our jobs, and Alliston is served from the Bradford office. The quote breaks every item out, so you can add or remove pieces before work starts. One client, Kevin Boodoosingh, hired us to convert a storage room into a home gym; his review says Max was "very thorough during the quoting process" and priced it fairly.
Nothing is charged for the first visit, where we measure the kitchen and talk about the budget before any drawing is done. The design comes back as 3D renders with a quote that lists every item. Cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures are then chosen with you, and the total holds to the budget you agreed. While the crew works, a single project manager messages you each day, and dust is kept contained, which matters with kids and pets in the house. The handover is a walkthrough of every detail, and 30 days later we check back in.
