What We OfferA bathroom renovation in Midland covers tile, fixtures and the vanity, and a new layout when you want one. A layout change brings a Town permit, which we handle, and you see the room in 3D renders before demolition.
Complete transformation
We strip it down to the studs and rebuild your dream bathroom from scratch. New layout, premium finishes, and modern functionality, all coordinated as one job.
Luxury bathing experiences
Body jets, rain showerheads and made-to-measure glass come with the frameless walk-in showers and deep soaker tubs we put in, so your bath or shower turns into a retreat each day.
Statement storage
Making a statement without wasting space is the point of our vanity designs: floating units, double sinks, hidden storage, soft-close drawers.
Artisan craftsmanship
Patterns placed on purpose and flawless grout lines are the work of our tile artists, across fine mosaics, large-format porcelain and natural marble.
Set the mood
Lights recessed over the shower, mirrors lit from behind and dimmers work in layers to make the bathroom a different room. Lighting like that changes everything.
Premium details
Brushed gold fixtures, matte black hardware, heated towel bars, smart toilets: the finishing touches that take your bathroom from nice to extraordinary.

Contact us to check availability →FAQIt depends most on the shower or tub, the vanity and the tile you choose. In Midland, a bathroom that does need a permit needs only the building permit. The Town exempts interior renovations from its Zoning Certificate, so there is no separate zoning application to prepare or wait for.
Inside the room, the work typically takes 10 to 14 working days. Midland's inspection booking helps a permit job stay inside that range: requests entered in Cloudpermit by 11am are inspected the same day, between 1pm and 4pm. We enter the plumbing rough-in request that morning, so the walls aren't left open an extra day waiting for an inspector.
Only if the plumbing system or the walls change. The Town of Midland wants a building permit when walls are added or removed, when window and door openings are created or enlarged, and when plumbing is installed or modified. Repairing or replacing plumbing fixtures, and installing cabinetry or millwork such as a vanity, needs none. When a permit applies, we manage it and the inspections.
Yes, all three. A powder room or guest bath update that keeps its fixtures in place stays off Midland's permit list. A new ensuite built where there was no bathroom means new walls and plumbing, so it goes through a permit and building review. The itemized quote and 3D renders work the same way for each.

A full remodel, a new shower or tub, a custom vanity, tile and stonework, or any mix of them. One team does the work, and licensed plumbers and electricians handle the plumbing and wiring.

Removing the tub, then building and tiling the shower where it stood. Watch the drain: a shower set on the tub's existing drain can count as replacing a fixture, which needs no permit in Midland, but moving the drain modifies the plumbing and brings in a building permit.

Yes. Lighting is one of our bathroom services: recessed lights over the shower, a backlit mirror and dimmer controls, with a licensed electrician doing the wiring. You pick the fixtures with us inside the budget and see them in the 3D renders before work starts.

Step by step, with one project manager throughout. You approve 3D renders and an itemized quote, choose your finishes, and then the crew builds while you get daily updates. At handover we go through every detail together, and 30 days later we check in again.

Same day, if the request is in Cloudpermit by 11am; the inspector comes between 1pm and 4pm. Only a bathroom whose plumbing changes needs one, and we put in the request for you.

With a waterproofing system behind and under the tile. We use Schluter and Laticrete products on the shower walls and floor, and that layer is in place before any tile is set.

Good to KnowThe cost follows what you pick and what moves. A custom vanity, a tiled walk-in shower or stonework costs more than a stock vanity and a tub surround, and in Midland any rerouted drain adds a permit with its drawings and inspections. The itemized quote, written after a free consultation, shows each of those on its own line, and nothing hidden is added once work starts.
When a Midland bathroom does need a permit, the route is short. Interior renovations are exempt from the Town's Zoning Certificate requirement, so the application goes straight to building review instead of waiting on planning review first. We prepare the drawings and the application, and once work starts we request each inspection through Cloudpermit as the stage is ready.
A custom vanity, a tiled or walk-in shower and the tile and stonework around them are chosen with you at the selection stage, inside your budget, and shown in 3D renders before demolition. Inna Rotar, who had Max and Roman update the bathrooms in her cottage, wrote that "their tiling skills are unmatched."
Midland work is handled from Barrie, the company's home since 2018. More than 600 projects later, 40 Google reviews put the business at 5.0. Licensing, insurance and WSIB coverage are in place, the plumbing and electrical go to licensed trades, and Max, the owner, runs jobs alongside his father Roman.
